City of Bozeman March 23rd, 2020 City Commission Meeting Virtual ONLY
For immediate release: March 23, 2020
Bozeman, MT – Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, today, Monday, March 23, 2020, the City of Bozeman’s City Commission meeting will be held with no physical public presence allowed in the meeting room. The City will provide an opportunity for the public to observe and participate in the meeting.
The City Commission Agenda has been revised and can be found on the Bozeman website. The agenda will include public comment and consent items. All Action Items will be moved to another future meeting date.
Community members can stream the meeting online at https://www.bozeman.net/services/city-tv-and-streaming-audio or watch on Cable Channel 190, starting at 6:00.
Written public comment can be submitted via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or submitted through the website at https://www.bozeman.net/government/city-clerk/public-comment.
People wishing to give oral public comment during the March 23rd, 2020 City Commission meeting must send an email or text as described below and will be called by the City during the meeting and be given their opportunity to give three minutes of public comment over the telephone.
There are two ways to submit a request to give oral public comment:
- Email email@example.com. Name and a phone number should be included that can be used to call during the meeting. Please indicate the agenda item you wish to comment on.
- Text 406-224-3967. Name and a phone number should be included that can be used to call during the meeting. Please indicate the agenda item you wish to comment on.
Requests for Call-in Public Comment should submit their request before the meeting start time, 6:00 PM, however, requests during the meeting will be responded to if they prior to the close of public comment.
