Gallatin County is currently updating its 2003 Growth Policy Document and is inviting community members to participate by joining in on one of our upcoming public listening sessions in Bozeman, Four Corners and Churchill.
As the fastest growing county in Montana, the area has experienced significant change in the last 15 years and the Growth Policy needs to be updated to reflect current conditions and to provide guidance on future growth and development. It will clearly articulate the County’s land use vision, set forth meaningful goals, and provide a practical path for implementation.
As part of the update, which is called Envision Gallatin, there are a number of small group listening sessions. These sessions will be citizens’ initial opportunity to communicate current issues and opportunities for the County.
